Customer service has been contacted once again. The unit still works but the amount of smoke it belches out is alarming. Just last week, as my food was cooking, smoke began bellowing out of the cooling fans and it smelled like a circuit board was melting. I use the microwave every weekday for lunch. I have been using the battery clamp in the mean time, with faster heating times so it’s been great. It’s March 2009 (5 months later) and I still have not received the cable. So, we got in touch with customer service and they said they’d send a new cable right away. I love this thing but the cigarette lighter cable melted a few weeks later. the exterior dimension are 15-inch W by 10-inch D by 11-inch H and interior dimensions are 10-inch W by 7-inch D by 6-inch h Unit’s weight is 14-pound.I have owned my Wavebox since it first became available late 2008.
